At the top of Rue Montorgueil is the metro Sentier, 350 metres from my apartment, 4 minutes away. You will stay on the 6th and last floor, with elevator, of a beautiful building of type hausmanien. The apartment was completely renovated in October 2020. It is in double exposure. Kitchen and bathroom side, a superb view of Paris: the Eiffel Tower and some other monuments. Sun in the afternoon. Side room and living rooms, 2 balconies, with views of the roofs of Paris. Sun in the morning. No vis a vis! The absolute calm.

At the top of Rue Montorgueil is the metro Sentier, 350 metres from my apartment, 4 minutes away. This neighborhood with the village atmosphere is very lively during the day, rather quiet at night, the population is heterogeneous: residents, Parisians, tourists, young adults! Many small shops, cafes and restaurants! I Many pedestrian streets and little traffic cars. The street of my establishment is perfectly quiet, clear, and quite classy, at the limit of the 9th arrondissement is the famous Grands Boulevards which go from the Place de l'Opéra to the Place de la République with its bars restaurants and theatres, a very lively and cosmopolitan area where you can buy everything, night and day, eat specialties from all over the world, do much cheaper shopping. Travel time in minutes to the Marais 20 minutes, Bastille 35, République 16, Louvre 20, Place de l'Etoile & Champs Elysées 55, Pigalle Moulin Rouge 32, Montmartre 30.... Two metro stations close to Sentier et Bonne Nouvelle. If you are coming from the airport by RER, exit at CHATELET Les Halles and walk to Thorel Street in 11 minutes.
