The studio is perfect. All you need for a week's stay or so, is available: kitchenette (well equipped!), good bed, sofa, desk, etc. The host who lives on the same floor in the building, is very friendly and helpful. He is proactive and sends messages before arrival and departure with all relevant details. And when you need something extra, you find him nearby. The studio is very clean. The location is excellent: metro Place d'Italie nearby, many good (Asian) restaurants at a stone's throw from the front door, the enormous shopping area Italie 2 around the corner. Easy walk into Quartier Latin.

Everything was great! The host helped us with our luggage, helped with parking and answered all of our questions. Everything was really clean, well equipped kitchen, we loved little coffee machine and used to make delicious coffee throughout our stay. The location is good, the metro is 5 mins away. There is a mall in 5 min with grocery market and different shops

The studio has everything you need, a fully equiped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, TV and even a small balcony. Its literally at Place D'Italie. There are supermarkets nearby. It could fit four people there but would be a bit cramped. For a couple it is a perfect stay.

Brilliant holiday apartment for a couple or small family. The apartment has a pleasant interior, clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The landlord is very kind and attentive to the guests. Near the apartments there are several restaurants, supermarkets and a park. The location is very good - a nice quiet area, within walking distance of several metro stations and you can quickly get to anywhere in the city. Major tourist attractions are also within walking distance (30min walk).

Really nice studio for a family of three or a couple, well located very near to metro station "Place d'Italie". It is newly renovated, furnished with style with a kitchen well-equipped (fridge, induction, microwave, coffee machine and even washing machine), luminous with little balcony, quiet (no street noise at all) and super clean. There are also Wi-Fi and connected TV available. Hosts live on same floor and are very welcoming. And there are also some drinks in the fridge. Really nice experience. It would be our first choice coming back to Paris!

Le studio est très accueillant, tout est propre et une odeur envoûtante viens nous surprendre des l’entrée. La salle de bain est juste magnifique ce qui est pour moi le ++ du studio. Le studio est aussi parfaitement équipé vous ne manquerai de rien, télé wifi serviette draps et j’en passe… Le propriétaire est une crème de gentillesse, il m’a tout expliqué concernant les règles de vies à l’intérieur de l’appartement, où se situe le parking précisément. Je reviendrai sûrement durant mes séjours à Paris vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés. Je vous remercie encore 😇
