In the heart of the Convention district, halfway between Montparnasse Station and the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Park (metro line 12 a 3-minute walk away), this comfortable and stylish apartment has a beautiful living area and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in a former shop, the apartment, which has been completely renovated, combines charm and functionality. The apartment comprises - Living room with two sofas, one with a sofa bed for two adults, HDTV, wifi internet connection, coffee table, carpet. Window overlooking garden. - Open kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all you need to cook and eat. Plenty of storage space. Central island for dining. Window overlooking the street. - Central island and chairs for 6 - Souplex master bedroom with 180cm x 200cm bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe. - Souplex bedroom n°2 with two single beds - First floor bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. - Souplex bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer and WC Please note: The accommodation has a high-speed wifi connection.
