In the heart of the Convention district, halfway between Montparnasse Station and the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Park (metro line 12 a 3-minute walk away), this comfortable and stylish apartment has a beautiful living area and 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in a former shop, the apartment, which has been completely renovated, combines charm and functionality. The apartment comprises - Living room with two sofas, one with a sofa bed for two adults, HDTV, wifi internet connection, coffee table, carpet. Window overlooking garden. - Open kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all you need to cook and eat. Plenty of storage space. Central island for dining.
