Superb luxury apartment completely renovated in February 2019 located in the very chic 16th area of Paris. It is quiet and sunny without vis-à-vis. It overlooks the Seine River and the Eiffel Tower. It consists of three bedrooms, two toilets, a large bathroom, a living room, a dining room and an American kitchen. What a pleasure for our guests to have a coffee on the balcony facing the most beautiful monuments of Paris... My apartment of 100 m2 is very bright. It is located in a building overlooking Paris and its monuments. The apartment is on the 9th floor with two elevators. It consists of 4 rooms: an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso, washing machine, dryer ... ..) with a bar overlooking the entrance and the spacious living room. A bay window overlooks the balcony. There is a flat screen TV (with free access to Netflix, a multilingual channel) and internet wifi (fast access). There is an underground parking on the premise. The space is middle size. Thanks to ask for it before your arrival. Its price a night is 30 euros. There is a security system in the apartment. There are a fixed camera facing the entrance door and captors on the entrance door. The security system is on when there aren't people in the apartment (otherwise the security system bell would ring). The camera light may flash red when charging for instance. If you don't feel confortable with this security system, please cancel your reservation. My reservation conditions are very flexible so no problem.

Le quartier est très agréable avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants, supermarchés à proximité. Il y a un supermarché et une boulangerie situés sur la gauche du bâtiment (sur l'avenue de Versailles - côté jardin). Si vous continuez sur l'avenue de Versailles, il y a une place avec de bons restaurants. Si vous suivez la petite rue appelée Wilhem située sur le côté droit du bâtiment, vous arriverez dans le village d'Auteuil, un endroit très parisien où les Français vont acheter des plats préparés et des mets délicats (fromage, pain, vin) et prendre le petit déjeuner dans de petits cafés typiques. Auteuil Village est situé à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Des marchés sont souvent organisés dans ce petit village les mercredis et les samedis matin de 7h à 15 heures.
