The property is immaculate, and I think very recently renovated. It's more like a studio apartment than a hotel room: there's not just a microwave and small refrigerator, there's also a stove top (which I didn't use) and a kitchen sink. There's a TV (like most places), but I didn't use it, likewise a floor fan. The view out the window of the apartment I was in is the street and the buildings across the street, but there's also a garden over there. I opened the window some to get fresh air; the street noise was not bad (it's not a busy street), but I closed the window at night because the occasional passing car or truck would have made for a less than ideal sleep. Lots of electric outlets. Hot water in the shower is almost instantaneous, and the shower fittings are very nice. There's no sign on the outside of the property, and the street door gives access to several other units, which I assume don't belong to the Cosy Residence.
