We were very happy with our stay at the Appart/Hotel. We had the comfort of 2 double bed, bedrooms and a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room, if needed. We had a separate Toilet to the Bathroom and a separate hallway with storage shelves and coat storage. The kitchen was fully equipped, although for our 4 day stay we only used it 2 evenings for meals. The TV worked and we had wonderful views over the river from our 6th floor. We had opted for Breakfast in the hotel and it suited our needs as we were sightseeing every day and didn't want to miss the early starts. The staff were helpful at all stages of our visit, from the night porter to the daytime staff (all had excellent English). The local area had a Supermarket. a Bakery, a Tabac/Bar, Post Office and a Pizza Hut. Over the Bridge (less than 10 minute walk) there is a Metro to the City on Line 8 - (A 35 minute trip into Place de la Concorde). There was also a Church and plenty of places to eat out near the Metro.

The staffs were accomodating and friendly. They see to it that the guests are well taken care of. It was an extraordinary service that they even kept some of our luggages when we went to Strasbourg. I wish all hotels have such an amazing staffs

the design in the room is simple and clean with a small but well-equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable and the AC in the room function well too.

for me, the choice was convenience, as I needed to be on the East end of Paris, with a dedicated parking spot. there is a noisy side of the property and a quiet side.. by requesting the quiet side, i was treated to a much larger room. the staff is very friendly, and readily available. the breakfast is worth the money.

Our room was spacious with plenty of storage for a longer stay. Even though we were close to the highway, the double window system kept the street noise to a minimum and it was hardly noticeable. Being close to the highway made it easy to get to other parts of Paris. Parking was easy. The only issue that came up while we were there was that one of the elevators did not work properly, but staff worked quickly to get that resolved. It was easy to do laundry as well. The kitchenette was well supplied and it was easy to cook dinners. There are a couple of neighborhood grocery stores within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Great for families or groups. Staff was very friendly.

Charenton is a lovely area, the place is near shops, bus stops and about a 10minute walk to the metro. The place offers a kitchenette which is convenient with the shop next door offering ingredients for cooking.
