This spacious (44m2) and stylish apartment has an excellent location in the heart of old working class neighborhood, Kallio. The building hails from the 1930's and has a very nice bohemian vibe to it. The apartment has well-equipped kitchen facilities for cooking and spending the evening in a good company. The living room is suitable for socializing, relaxing, watching TV or binging series (your own Netflix etc. password needed!). The guests sleep in an atmospheric alcove where you can find a double bed with 180 cm wide mattress. A small toilet and a shower are located in separate rooms.
I'm Ida, an entrepreneur working in a creative field. At the moment this beautiful studio serves as my working space. I also rent it for people visiting Helsinki and looking for a nice place to stay in Kallio area. I love the place, hope you'll enjoy visiting it as well! I mainly do check-ins with keybox and entry code, therefore you can do the check-in anytime after 15:00. Please contact me with details of your arrival after reservation has been made. I also require some information regarding guest(s) to be sent prior check-in. Thank you! Please NOTE as there are people living in the building, parties or other late loud noice activities are not permitted. Safety & convenience of apartment and its neighbors is my priority. After staying in the apartment, please leave it tidy and in good condition with "leave it as you received it" -mentality. I truly appreciate it!
Kallio is the heart of Helsinki's social life. It is filled with nice restaurants, bars and cafes. You'll find a list of some of my favorites at the studio. There are also some nice tips of places worth visiting around the area!
