Old but renovated building possessing it's own spirit, so to speak. Quiet surrounding. Nicely enovated apartment extremely well equipped with kitchen and washing appliances. Lots of kitchenware, ironing stuff and roomy wardrobe. Extra blankets and pillows. It provides everything needed for longer stays. Great location with tram station just 100m away.

The apartment was beautiful, efficient, clean, and comfortable. The host met us at the apartment and provided additional information on local restaurants. He was extremely helpful. We landed in a blizzard, so we just went to Yarsa around the corner for Indian food. We highly recommend the apartment for your stay in Helsinki. On another note, I have long hair and loved the water pressure and hot water.

Everything was amazing! Apartment was very clean and had everything you might need, so you can feel like home. Also public transportation is very close, so you can easily get to all interesting places. But the most important treasure of this accommodation is its owner. He was veeeery helpful and kind to us. The bed is very comfortable, there is a wide range of kitchen equipment (incl. also dishwasher and microwave), the bathroom has got everything (incl. washing machine, tumble dryer, toiletries and towels). There was a friendly welcome by the host and he told me everything about the flat. The location is near the tram and bus station and there are supermarkets nearby.

This apartments has been an excellent experience, spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated and cosy, we liked it a lot. It is equipped with everything needed and well located (3 minutes walking distance to Tram). The staff was very friendly and provided a lot of valuable recommendations what to do in Helsinki. The safe and easy parking for our bicycles was just perfekt.

Good place to stay not very far from the center of Helsinki. Public transportation stops are quite near. The apartment is rather small and more suitable for a couple. We were travelling 4 people, so not very much of privacy because the bed and the sofa are in the same room, without any separation by wall or curtain. Parking place for a car is in the same building, behind locked gates.

We really enjoyed stay at Alppila apartment. The location is very good - just 15 minutes walk from the Pasila train station, 30 minutes walk to the city centre. Tram stop is just few steps away. The location is also very convenient for exploring the olympic and park district (I wish we had more time). There is a 24 hour shop just opposite door, which was handy. The apartment is in classic old palace, clean, cosy and well equipped, provided with all the instruction. We did not miss anything. The blankets and bed linen were heaven. We were very satisfied.
