Recently renovated, it consists of 65 square meters equipped with hot-cold air conditioning, WIFI network and everything you need for an unforgettable stay: Spectacular dining room with kitchenette consisting of microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso, and a complete kitchenware. Moving on to the spacious living room ( also master bedroom) we can find a 49" TV, large sofa + armchair and a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom, with a branded basin, has a large mirror, shampoo-gel dispenser, hair dryer. The second bedroom has a large double bed with a branded headboard, a floor mirror, and a built-in wardrobe with an available safe to store your valuables. It also has a first-aid kit, and if you need it, there´s an iron and cleaning items that you can use. On request we also have a cradle and highchair for your baby.
Hello!! I am a young man born in Cadiz who fell in love with Seville 10 years ago. I love to travel, to discover unknown places and to taste the typical local cuisine of every place I visit. I pay a lot of attention to details and I am fully aware of the importance of the “feeling at home”. I will be happy to recommend must-see landmarks to visit, as well as sports and activities to do to enjoy this city to the fullest. I hope that you will fall in love with Seville just like it happened to me. See you soon in Seville city centre!
Renovated apartment with balcony located in the heart of Seville for rent. This bright and decorated flat is just a few steps away from the famous Sierpes street, where you can find shops, supermarket, and restaurants. You can walk to the Giralda in just 7 minutes. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and it is surrounded by landmarks such as the “El Salvador” Church, “Las setas” and the City Council. I strongly recommend visiting Seville by foot or bicycle, it will be a comfortable and unforgettable stay!
