We love that guests feel comfortable, and that they do not lack anything during their stays, and that is why we have furnished and decorated our apartment to resemble a real house, even being next to the beach, and we offer service customized according to the wishes of our clients.

Ideal accommodation for couples or solo travellers, because it has a double bed, and not 2 single beds. New studio, finished in October 2021. It is at the second floor of a building of five, with windows in all rooms and fully equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and cozy stay. It has no view, but it is only 50 meters far away form Las Canteras Beach and promenade. It has a full kitchen with brand new appliances, Nespresso maschine, microwave and washing mashine. Smart TV with a 32-inch flat screen, with the possibility of connection to YouTube and Netflix, and high-speed fiber optic WIFI, ideal for remote workers and to connect several devices at the same time. Air conditioning is also available. The sleeping area has a double bed, and a baby from 0 to 2 years old can sleep in a cot and we can provide also a high chair, both for an extra cost. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 2 adults and one baby. You should inform us in advance if you are travelling with a baby, in order to prepare the studio. All the comfort you need for a pleasant and cozy stay, with good service and outstanding location.

The studio is located in the most central area of ​​Playa de Las Canteras, just 50 meters from the promenade and the beach. Furthermore, the Port of Las Palmas is only 6km away, and the airport 25km away.
