This luxurious and modern style apartment is in a residential area. From the entrance you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the city. The accommodation is air conditioned, has a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob. Spacious, open and bright living room with sofa bed, 50''4k smartTV, sound system and free Wifi. Private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The property provides free towels and bed linen, as well as basic toiletries and laundry items. Very comfortable room with Queen bed with views of the pool and terrace of the apartment. Private pool and solarium for the exclusive use of apartment guests. It is not shared with other users.
All the space of the apartment, terrace, solarium and pool are for the exclusive use of you, as guests. All these spaces have been designed with your privacy and tranquility in mind. We, the hosts, live in the apartment on the top floor and we have a separate entrance. We will only share the entrance gate from the street to the pedestrian access to both houses. Access to the apartment, pool and other outdoor areas is only allowed for those registered during Check-In. Visits from other people are not allowed. Guests must show a valid ID upon arrival (check in).
It is on the ground floor in a quiet area and well connected by bus and tram. 14 min by car from the airport and 25 min from Las Teresitas beach. Very close to several restaurants and supermarkets. Easy free parking in front of the house.
