Everything was great: the amazing host, lovely new building, huge apartment, more utensils than the restaurant kitchen. A wonderful stay.

The apartment is adorable. Tomas was so helpful with recommendations for dinner, parking and the like. Tomas made us feel at home. He greeted us and went over everything we needed to know about the apartment. The patio was nice after a day of sightseeing.

Location is very good and the host, Tomás, is the Best! He’s very proactive and you would almost feel like he’s your friend in Seville. He was an absolute pleasure to communicate and work with. One cannot go wrong with the property as it is centrally located. However, I’d just like to caution my fellow American travelers that the bedrooms are small. If you are big in size then you will have to sleep on the floor or in the living room. A couple has to be in good shape to share the bed. The other bedroom has to separate beds and also tiny. This issue is also compounded if you are carrying full size check-in bags per person. Lastly I want to mention that even the beds may be tiny, they are super nice as they are (semi?) firm and helped relax my back very nicely. I’d sincerely consider staying here again if I ever got the opportunity. Cheers!

I’m not sure where to begin so I’ll start with our host Tomas! TOMAS was a fantastic host. He not only performed the obligatory tour of the apartment but spent time with us answering questions about historic sites to see, recommended local restaurants and even used his cell phone to help us access tickets. Additionally, he texted us with additional information after he left us. After traveling around Spain for 2 1/2 weeks, this apartment provided a nice refuge with an outside patio which included an umbrella. The location was easy walking distance to the Triana Barrio, the mercado and FABULOUS restaurants/food. I look forward to staying in this apartment again!

Location near river, restaurants, easy walk (less than 1 km) to major sights), kitchen has good plates, cutlery, pots, etc, kitchen appliances clean and work well, nice terrace to hang out or hang clothes (has a clothes washer), complimentary wine and snacks and coffee pods, clean apartment and building, great host (friendly and attentive), choice of double and two twin beds (up to 4 people), 2 bathrooms (one larger, one smaller), safe for valuables, good closet space, access from second and third floor off of elevator

At the day of check-in, Tomas was waiting for me, he gave me the keys, described everything in the apartment, answered all my questions, gave me hints for visiting the city. During muy stay, I was able to ask him questions all the time. The apartment was very well equiped, very close to centre.

Amazing host, who guided us all the way from the bus from Cadiz to the front door of the apartment. The location is perfect, with everything in walking distance, and the area was nice and quiet.

Everything. The apartment is great for a family and friends. It’s 2 Floors with an external access on both. There are stairs inside but you can get to the appartment separately on 2 Floors as well. The owner is very helpful and there is a super contact with him. I felt well cared and got great recommendations. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. The appartment feels like home. And the location is great.
