Everything about this apartment was absolutely amazing!! The bedding, the design, fully equipped!!! perfect location, spacious and clean!! The hosts were very kind and helpful.Would love to stay here again.

The location is close to the centre of Berlin with a bus stop within three minutes walk. The 200 bus takes you to Alexander Platz and the Zoo. There is also a tram route nearby which links Hauptbahnhof with Warschauer Straße and the S-Bahn station is only 10 minutes walk away, giving access to the main Berlin S-Bahn Ring. The flat is in a very quiet and leafy location and only 10 minutes walk away from a neighbourhood where there are small shops, cafés and restaurants. Very pleasant. In addition, there is a large Lidl supermarket within five minutes walk from the apartment. The flat is small but tastefully and practically furnished to make full use of the space and also providing a cosy stay. It certainly gives completely adequate room for two people. It is very well equipped and provides everything needed. On arrival it was spotlessly clean giving the impression that it was new. Very impressive! The host was very friendly and helpful. We hope to return soon!

Great facilities in the kitchen (Pots, Pans & Coffee etc). Bathroom was very clean and shower was easy to use. Bedroom had a comfy bed, a new TV and an electric fan for the warmer days. The entire place was well decorated and clean when we arrived and Michael was very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom had very efficient charging plugs on either side of the bed as well as handy overhanging lamps. The space was relatively small but it was well organised to feel cosy and warm. The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the M10 and 200 bus stops which we used countless times in the 5 days we spent. Lidl is situated just 3 minutes walk away which was very handy. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful at night but had a lovely atmosphere during the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und guter Kontakt bis zur Anreise. Unkomplizierte und nette Schlüsselübergabe mit Tipps zum Parken und Berlin-Auffenthalt. Unterkunft in ruhiger und grüner Lage. Modern und liebevoll ausgestattetes, sauberes Apartment. Gut eingerichtete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und allem was es braucht. Wlan funktionierte ausgezeichnet. Für 2 Personen und auch für längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Relativ zentrale Lage mit Bushaltestelle in Richtung City quasi vor der Haustür. S-Bahn und Restaurants in ca. 900 m. Ein Superrmarkt für die Einkäufe in der Nähe. Fahrradständer im Innenhof. Anwohnerparken mit Parkausweis, aber es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe ca. 250 m entfernt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ottima sistemazione, perfetta come base per visitare Berlino sentendosi "a casa". Situata in una gradevole zona residenziale, tranquilla e molto ben servita dai mezzi: bus, tram e, a pochi minuti a piedi, anche S-Bahn. Diversi supermercati raggiungibili a piedi (anche un market italiano con gastronomia). Appartamento provvisto di tutto il necessario per una comoda e piacevole permanenza, curato nei minimi dettagli: dalla cucina luminosa e super-attrezzata alla camera da letto con piccola area salotto, al bagno con vasca. Host gentile e disponibile. Mi piacerebbe soggiornarvi di nuovo, tornando nella splendida Berlino!
