Renting a bedroom of a house in Botafogo-RJ with 44 square feet (4 square meters). Guests have access to two bathrooms, kitchen, porch, washing machine and clothesline. An airy and bright house. Very quiet condominium. Very well located, it is close to the subway station, bus stops, markets, restaurants, bars, malls, squares, pharmacies and hospitals. Close to Sugar Loaf and the beaches of Botafogo, Copacabana and Ipanema. Welcome, everyone! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT: our check in and check out times are FLEXIBLE. They depend only on the arriving and departing guests. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guests can use the washing machine. An extra fee of 25 reais per wash will be charged, with powdered soap included.
