In the foreground of the general renovation of the house in 2019 was the reduction of energy requirements through thermal insulation measures and energy-saving house technology. The thick walls keep the heat in winter and the cool in summer. The electric blinds can also be used to regulate the heat in summer. Waste separation and conservation of resources are a matter of course for us. We have energy-saving lighting. We kindly ask you to switch off the lamps and other electrical devices while walking.
