The apartment is spacious with three rooms available, two of which share a bathroom with tub and bidet while the third has a private bathroom with shower only. All have a ceiling fan and a desk so you can, if necessary, a private place where you can study. The WIFI concession is in the whole house. While the rooms are non-smoking, we have a terrace with plants, table and chairs with free access which you can use. The kitchen defined as shared space has a daily dining room with TV with air channels and cable.
All are welcome, no matter the sex, creed or religion and even less political ideologies. If you are Argentine or foreigner it is a good opportunity to know the culture and customs of your province or country. Personally I like tennis which I practice only for pleasure on weekends, and if it's your pleasure we can organize a double, I'm not for singles. I have a friend who makes a trip on a sailboat for a small fee for the delta del Tigre to go to the river de la Plata and have a view of the city from outside. Includes drinks and lunch and snack. I am convinced that you can have an unforgettable stay
The apartment is very well located, in the heart of Palermo neighborhood. One block from Santa Fe Avenue where you will find shops, restaurants and supermarkets and three blocks away is Alto Palermo shopping and movie theaters. On this Av. There are many lines of buses and the subway line D that can reach you at different points of interest, be it the historic center of San Telmo, the Plaza de Mayo where the Government House and the Cathedral are located. Av. Corrientes famous for the number of theaters with shows for all tastes. The 9 de Julio Avenue with the emblematic Obelisk and a few blocks away the internationally renowned Colón Theater for symphonies and operas. If you just like to be outdoors to walk, run or ride a bike are the lakes of Palermo which houses the Planetarium. A few blocks from the accommodation is the Rose Garden, the Zoo and the La Rural exhibition center. In short everything at your fingertips, you just have to organize where to start and I will be willing to help you. The mother language is Spanish but I have an intermediate level of English as an additional help to your needs.
