The Apartment is Located on the 24th Floor and gives the perfect Marina channel as well as JBR beach view from MASTER BEDROOM and Balcony to enjoy the complete view of yachts cruising in front of you as well as the JBR BEACH view. As soon as you enter the apartment you will be amazed with the marina view and its Skyline buildings. The apartment is located right on the Marina promenade.
The host lives 3 minute driving distance and available on whatsApp as well as on the Mobile. Also owns a yacht charter company (cozmoYachts). You can get discounted rates on Luxury Yacht Rentals.
The Apartment is in heart of Dubai Marina, it is two buildings to the right of Intercontinental Dubai marina near JBR BEACH. Amazing pool and GYM right on the Marina channel view . You can see the yachts cruising in the marina channel. Spacious Apartment with JBR & MARINA VIEW and partial DUBAI EYE view from balcony and bedroom. 5 mins walk to JBR beach, JBR restaurant, bars and to Dubai Marina Mall and PIER7 Restaurants and the famous Atilier club and lounge. Pharmacy and Mart in the building.
