The location was beautiful and the property is elegant. It was lovely to explore the grounds and the surrounding woods and lake (almost right outside the door). The room (and the whole place) was comfortable, very clean and quiet. The host/staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I look forward to coming back!

We came after a strenguous drive from Gothenburg. Got very useful help in the beginning. Spent a very nice evening in nearby town. It would have been a good place to stay longer.

It is a really nice place, very clean, good breakfast and a perfect place if you want to hike in the national park. You can cook your own dinner kn a very clean kutchen. Bring your own stuff (you can buy there a few basic things like soup, pasta and drinks). You can hire snowshoes in wintertime when there is a lot of snow.

Este hostel del centro de Rättvik está a 1 km del lago Siljan y a 25 minutos en auto del parque acuático Leksand Sommarland. Ofrece una cocina compartida. We wanted to stay in the town of Rattvik and this seemed like a good choice for our party of 4. We are well past the youth hostel stage in our traveling, but our quad room was perfect for our one night stay. There were many Swedish families and adults staying there and the experience was way better than we feared from a "hostel". Highly recommend it.
