The location of Hostal Regina is right in the centre of CDMX, and the whole place was just beautifully decorated, being they really took time to provide a good wholesome Hostal with various common rooms for people to chill and meet each other. The best of all was the staff, who were truly friendly and provided us with the best recommendations!

There are several shops nearby where you can buy an OXXO sim card to be used while you are in Mexico, if you are a foreigner. In about 5 minutes you can walk to the closest Sanborns for breakfast or other meal: a good restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere and service. It even has an INBURSA Bank ATM inside. However, there are lots of different places to eat and drink in the area, including the local market called “24 de Agosto”, within walking distance via Anaxágoras street. The supermarket SORIANA is also nearby. "Esperanza", an excellent bakery on Avenida Cuautehmoc offers a variety of breads and "tostadas", the crispy corn tortillas. And for the ladies who like to look well all the time, there are plenty of hairdressers in the area. I would definitely stay there again, when I go back to CDMX.

Staff was friendly. Looks to be recently renovated and everything was nice Very secure. Needed key card to go on elevator. The guard in the lobby was helpful. The person who checked me in remembered my name 2 days later.

Casa Índigo CDMX is located in a restored 50's house in a popular neighborhood near the historic center. excellent place!!! i stayed in Mexico city few times and every time i checked availability in this hostel, it's my really favourite place ! great wifi, cool location , many small narrow streets around with small shops, very clean, kitchen with a great equipment, spacy rooms, nice roof top to have a morning coffee! i simply love it, especially for that price.

Viajero CDMX Centro Hostel has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Mexico City. This 4-star hostel offers a tour desk. Location was good in terms of closeness to points of interest, metro and food options nearby. Great facilities: clean and large bathrooms, most showers were excellent, very comfortable bed and comforter, nice coworking space and love the free coffee and water all day.
