Set a 10-minute drive from Jökulsárlón Glacier, this farm hostel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and mountain views. Iceland’s Ring Road is right next to the property. The staff is absolutely amazing there and always ready to help! They even helped me out taking out my stucked car of the snow with a tractor! And gave me a lot of tips on how driving in the snow properly. This was the highlight of our stay: the people who work there. Also, the pizza we had at the dinner was so good - I mean, really good stuff. About the room, everything was tidy and clean, the shower is great with the right amount of water pressure and temperature, it has a heater to keep everything warm and the beds are nice.

Located in Seydisfjördur village, this hostel offers a rooms with a seating area, fjord views and free Wi-Fi. Seydisfjördur Swimming Pool is just 30 metres away. Parking is free at the hotel. The staff and cleanliness blew us away wth their superb attention. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and the place eas cleaned regularly while we were there. The kitchen and sauna were excellent. The only thing I would say that was a con was that you could hear everything from outside the private rooms as the buildingnis quite old. I would recommend using ear plugs and letting guests know that the sound travels quite easily from the hallway into the rooms. Otherwise the stay was a 10/10 in every other way, I would love to stay there again and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

They also had badminton which my daughter loved. The kitchen is well stocked to cook up your own food. I would plan on visiting a grocery before you get there as there is only one restaurant in town.

This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. Great location and charming old house. It was all as expected.

The staff is very accommodating; we arrived after the check-in time had ended but because we called earlier the staff stayed behind to greet us and give us the key with instructions. The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean.
