The location is very good ! Close to the city center and not noisy at the same time. We liked air-conditioning in the apartment. The kitchen is also good. The lady owner is gay friendly, we felt very safe and welcome.

Cute small studio apartment with little terrace (shadow in the morning and evening), great location, 10min to the beach and to a nice restaurant with delicious food (Palma restaurant). 25 min walk to zrce beach. Owners are very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to stay in this property.

Best location in Novalja with a nice view, everything is 1-2 min away (beach, food, shops, bus stop to zrce beach). Very kind host and cleaning service, apartment was super clean. It was spacious and comfortable (especially comfy beds). Lots of storage room, nice glas balcony, 2 safe boxes and a good kitchen. Can absolutely recommend!
