Quetzaltenango: Pesquise hostels

Kasa Kiwi Hostel & Travel Agency apresenta um jardim, salão partilhado, um terraço e restaurante em Quetzaltenango. Tom, the owner, is a great and honest guy who gives you a lot of information and tips. He don't want to sell you tours - he even encourages you to do hikes on your own and supports to connect with others who want to do the same hike. The Deluxe room has all you need and is very spacious. The kitchen is in good condition and clean. Furthermore we liked that the nice rooftop bar is also open to locals so you can connect easily with them - much more interesting as just staying in the "traveller's bubble" like in some other hostels. Casa Seibel is centrally located in Quetzaltenango and offers two gardens with outdoor furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. I loved everything about Casa Seibel. It's a beautiful old colonial house, with high ceilings, beautiful garden, lovely cozy living room and VERY spacious dorms, with proper single beds (not bunk beds). During the night it's really quiet; I had an excellent sleep every night. The location is just the best one could choose, right next to the traditional market and historical downtown. It's kept super clean. Good kitchen with filtered water. And the staff is extremely nice. I'll be back.
