I stayed in 8 bed dormitory and it was one of the best comforyability. Solid and clean beds in a room facing the ocean. Around the bed there are margins where you can put extra stuff. The facility is really well designed for backpackers.

Com uma localização central em Rostock, este albergue para não fumantes fica a apenas 5 minutos a pé das margens do Rio Warnow. I'm really happy with my stay at Blue Doors Rostock. While it took me a moment to find the entrance, everything else worked super smooth. As I arrived late at night, the keys plus instructions where already waiting in a lockbox outside the reception just as the staff had told me upfront. My room had everything I needed and even though the windows of this room faced the main road, they were almost completely soundproof, so it didn't bother me (and I generally have a very light sleep). Room and the shared bathroom were super clean and modern, everything worked well. Unfortunately never got to meet the staff as I had to leave early in the morning, but from the exchange through messages they seemed very kind and considerate. Thank you &wish you all the best!

It was super nice and clean, more than we expected. I usually hate shared bathrooms. so we were unsure whether we should book or not, but the standard and quality was so good that we didn't mind. Luckily, that there were not many guests, so we never had to wait for a bathroom, cutlery, or a free table. Wifi was great too. We wanted initially to stay only for a night and move somewhere else but after visiting the place, we decided to stay one more night. We didn't even need to change the room in spite of spontaneous booking - which is great.

Very nice hostel stay, the hostel is nicely remote. It is very clean and cosy. The owner is very friendly and you can see that she loves her work a lot. Around the hostel are nice spots to relax, there were plenty of tables and chairs. The beach is close by (3km, quick drive but also walkable). Bring some food yourself, the kitchen is well equipped. Coffee and tea was provided. There is a basket with some drinks and snacks to buy if you have forgotten some, bring cash. There is no WiFi, but reception is good and there are loads of games, books, puzzles etcetera to entertain yourself.

O Blue Doors Hostel Altstadt oferece WiFi gratuito e computadores com internet gratuita no saguão.... Beautiful and comfortable hostel, toilettes and showers were super clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Ubication is perfect, near the center and station to take public transport. I’d come back without doubts.
