Excellent location in Villa Nova de Gaia, directly across the river from Porto. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room had a comfortable bed and large shower, with an amazing view of Porto. Rooms are above the Sandeman cellars, so you can book a Port cellar tour and tasting directly with the desk. Plenty of food options nearby, or you can take the water taxi across to Porto.

The hosts went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful; they even upgraded my room after I made a booking mistake! I found it comfy, felt safe, and appreciated using the shared kitchen. The garden and patio were relaxing when the weather was nice. The proximity to shops and the metro (about two blocks) was convenient.

I am a digital nomad and this place really surprised me. I was able to work for 10hrs very comfortablely with the cair and Tablet that they had in there. Plus, the internet was great for vídeo calls. João, the owner, was very helpful and wanted to make sure that everything was going well. Great place to stay! I would go back for sure

The space is extremely clean and organized, the Hosts were attentive and very friendly, and do their utmost for guests to feel welcomed. The location is good, few minutes from the jadim bridge where you can have the best view of the sunset in V. Nova Gaia. The breakfast has many options and the anfritiões even had the affection to leave a cake to the guests celebrating 2023. Clean room and bathrooms with all the features and comforts. I recommend it to everyone! :D

Super good value for money. Comfy rooms, really cool with the in room shower. Very clean. Super friendly host. Great location, not in Otto but right by the metro and really close to the bridge and great views. Free coffee :)

We stayed in room with private bathroom. Stayed for two nights. We had both room with the balcony facing the cathedral and room facing the other side to the palace. Both rooms are very specious and excellent for the couple. The room facing the palace has amazing view from the room and the bathroom. The hostel itself is located at the very heart of the tourists area, close to everything. Just a few minutes walking to trail station, with pubs all around. The property itself has very specious areas to hang around, kitchen and sitting areas. Thy provide laundry services at merely 5 euro for a sack of clothes which is ready in a few hours. Great option for travelers and hikers! Strong Wifi, bar w/ beer and soft drinks for excellent prices. You can request to have a basic but very sufficient breakfast for almost no money! This is excellent place to stay in Porto
