The location is excellent. You are a couple of blocks from the beach, metro and bus access. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. They ready and available for you as you need. Just a note - they are more like a bed and breakfast with private rooms and bathrooms with a communal kitchen and lounge. They do not clean your room daily (this was completely ok for us). They will pick up any trash and change your towels. We would definitely stay here again.

There is a large common living room with sofas and TV, backyard terrace, well equipped kitchen and dining area. Very clean and comfortable. Visitors are different, but this is definitely not a place for student parties. The owner of the house is on site almost every day, helping visitors and staff. In general, very friendly people. Location is good as well, close to the beach and public transport.
