Brian was a backpacker himself a few years ago when he arrived Faro, and he recreated this house from scratch for other backpacker to call home. a place you feel like home immediately.

Extremely knowlegable and friendly staff, especially the dude named Mathieu. I was also impressed by how friendly and open all the guests were. Did not have a dull moment! Bonus points for having curtains on the beds for extra privacy, first time having this and I think it should be the standard in more places.

Safe bicycle storage. Lovely room. Location in the older section of town, close to the old walled area and the waterfront. The staff allowed us to arrive early for me to log in and do work calls up on the terrace. This was super helpful. Staff are very friendly, speak English excellently and made our stay easy. Nice to have a kettle and coffee/tea in the room for before breakfast at 8am.

Everything was just amazing. The guesthouse is so beautiful, the kitchen looks like it’s straight out of a museum. There is a spacious terrace, where you can even see the sea. Paulo was so nice and helpful with everything and he told us a bit about the house and how they renovated it. Beds were comfy, the location is very central and convenient and you can walk everywhere from here.
