the host and staffs are 10/10 welcoming. unfortunately I was only able to book for one day because how popular it is, but returning the following day just to hangout. Brian was a backpacker himself a few years ago when he arrived Faro, and he recreated this house from scratch for other backpacker to call home. a place you feel like home immediately.

Extremely knowlegable and friendly staff, especially the dude named Mathieu. I was also impressed by how friendly and open all the guests were. Did not have a dull moment! Bonus points for having curtains on the beds for extra privacy, first time having this and I think it should be the standard in more places.

Everything was just amazing. The guesthouse is so beautiful, the kitchen looks like it’s straight out of a museum. There is a spacious terrace, where you can even see the sea. Paulo was so nice and helpful with everything and he told us a bit about the house and how they renovated it. Beds were comfy, the location is very central and convenient and you can walk everywhere from here.
