One can hardly complain about the convenient location. The lodging is located just off of Peterfia Utsa which is also where Line 1 Tram runs. The lodging is located north of Kalvin ter (Kalvin Square). I mention the Line 1 Tram because one can take it south all of the way to the train station which I did the following day. I never physically met the owner/manager but we did wind up communicating by booking.com. The facilities were nice, and for the price, I really cannot complain. There are some cheaper supermarkets nearby including a Penny market.. and Debrecen's famous yellow church is only a little bit beyond Kalvin ter.

Halla Sif 冰岛

This is a good place for studendst, the people whoo works here are very nice, this is no plaza but everything is clean and in order and you feel safe :) I give my highest recomandation as a student, (and in a good neighbourhood) Best regards Halla from Iceland :)
