No sound proofing, could hear next door clearly, even the snoring.. so that bit, not so good. Location fantastic. About half way up the town, everything on the doorstep, can't fault that. Arturo was truly a kind and caring soul. He replied quickly and helped us when we needed it. Parking is very good and safe. I recommend the apartment.
