I arrived late after 12 in the night, and the staff let me in quite easily. They kept my booking aside and allowed me to pay up the next day, so I was able to check in and rest comfortably first. Really appreciate the extra mile they went for me! The breakfast and room were also completely amazing, exceeding my expectations of a youth hostel.

I was supposed to stay at a hotel, but my reservation was missing. There were no rooms in town available for under 300 euros per night since there was an important trading fair going on. Hostel Sofia was the only affordable place I found, and for the very little price I got a comfortable bed, a clean shower, good internet.
