Friendly and helpful husband and wife who were very hospitable. Sweet family dog who loves to be petted :) Clean, cozy, and modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice common area with a big sofa and kitchenette.

Located in the city centre of Bolu, Evren Konukevi Pansiyon offers free WiFi throughout the property. The property is within walking distance from Orta Hammam, Tabaklar Hammam and Sarachane Museum. To start, the room was cozy and spacious and it looked better than the pictures. Breakfast spread was delicious and I loved the omelets. The location was 2 minutes away from the heart of Bolu and there are many amazing cafes, restaurants, and shops around the area. As the hotel was family-run, it always had a warm friendly feeling and they would give lovely recommendations of things to do and show me the location of the bus station. What made the experience amazing was the hospitality of the hosts - I was traveling alone and I soon realized that buses to the famous lakes nearby weren't running frequently (likely because of the season), they offered to drive me there for a very good price. I also enjoyed the conversations with the many aunties in the hotel, and appreciate them for tolerating my (terrible) turkish. :)

Situated in the historic part of Amasra and Buyuk Ada (Great Island), this property is situated by the cliffs of Black Sea. It offers a 24-hour front desk service and free Wi-Fi throughout the venue. Owner was great, always present and helpful. The air conditioner is really one of the best I have experienced in smaller hotels. Filters are clean and the you can have really excellent room temperature control. Good view if you take the balcony option. Room is quite clean, and water pressure is awesome! The breakfast was really the highlight of my early morning walks. I return to a selection of veggies from garden to table, self-made jam and really tasty olives. Pastries are wonderful as well. I often take a few for later. There is always a pot of tea on ground floor, really strong and get you going just as good as any coffee. If coming by car the location is really one of the best there is, spacious parking spaces and well lit. just a three minute drive down to city center. But walking is entirely doable, just 1.6 km downhill with grast scenery along the way. Supermarkets Sok and Bim are about five to ten minutes' walk so you can get most of what you want easily.

Guney Konak features rooms with a traditional décor and free Wi-Fi access, just 400 metres from the Safranbolu open-air museum. It offers a Mediterranean garden and free public parking. The owner is very nice though he speaks little english but you can feel how genuine and nice he is. I also ordered coffee and the owner didnt ask me to pay.

Located within 43 km of Sumela Monastery and 6.3 km of Trabzon Hagia Sophia Museum, Ayyıldız Pansiyon Apart provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Degirmen. This is a totally new hotel, or totally refurbished, everything seemed to just have been completed. Very clean and modern. The room came with its own kitchen with a gas stove, a fridge, a dining table. There was even a big wardrobe and a desk in the bedroom. In other words - a place where you could just move in to live. It's the third hotel in which I've stayed in Trabzon and it's my favorite. Also among my favorites in Turkey - you seldom find a hotel as clean as that there. Despite of the location no longer being great, I would still stay there again next time I'm in Trabzon.
