This was a lovely clean accommodation. The host, Linda, was very helpful and excellent at communicating as we arrived very late but she waited for us and let us in. The room was lovely and very clean and comfy bed. Can’t fault it. Also excellent location and very good value for money. Would recommend to anyone.

The owner Andre is a great and comunicative person and took care of everything so both sides can be happy (reference to some issues we causes not voluntarely). The room was great amd we understood the story of the house and respected his decision of not fully renovatimg hence we understood the detractor factors. (Small toilet, squicky floor, removal of shoes at entrance).

Leis and Ron are amazing hosts and made me feel really comfortable and at home. The room was beautiful, clean and the surroundings peaceful. Bonus star for their star, Tuk the dog!

Guesthouse de Hoogkamp is located in Arnhem, 3.3 km from Arnhem Station, 5.1 km from Huize Hartenstein, as well as 6 km from Gelredome. The owner lady was so kind and welcoming. Simply it had value for money.

Set in Wenum, Huisje Wenum - Apeldoorn met jacuzzi offers accommodation with heated pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The place was nice and the jacuzzi was definitely an extra luxury!

Offering a garden and quiet street view, De Til Heelsum is located in Heelsum, 6.4 km from Huize Hartenstein and 11 km from Arnhem Station. What did we like? Everything! We were there for the Operation Market Garden commemorations and the property is located just a fifteen minute walk from the drop zone, where, indeed, I parachuted on one of the commemoration days. And if you are into that part of history, then you are within easy reach by car of all the British sites from the battle: the Airborne Museum at the Hartenstein in Oosterbeek, the Airborne Cemetery, alsoin Oosterbeek, Arnhem Bridge, the St Elisabeth's Hospital, the Old Church in Oosterbeek, and many other sites. The village of Heelsum is delightful: clean, quiet, well-kept. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the property, also a place where you can rent bikes. The property itself is comfortable, clean and well equipped, with a strong "at-home" feel to it. You can sit outside on the small porch and enjoy a meal there, and even though it is close to the main house where the hosts live, you have all the privacy you need. As for the hosts: I have stayed at many B&B-type properties in the Netherlands and France, and Betty and Sjaak are the kindest, most considerate, and helpful hosts you could hope to have. We are definitely going back. What a wonderful trip we had!
