The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

Cozy room, small little garden outside, everything was clean and proper for our stay. The owner was very helpful and kind. Everything was perfect. The sizeof the room was enough for 2 adults without kids. 10 minutes away from the Metro station. Only 2 stops until Amsterdam Central.
