A perfect location - few minutes away from the Amstredam Centraal, but very, very quite with a nice canal view right in front of the doors and good places to have breakfast / lunch just around the corner (or, across the bridge - to be more precise) . The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

The Rock terletak di Zandvoort di wilayah Noord-Holland, 450 meter dari Pantai Zandvoort Naturist dan 160 meter dari stasiun kereta. The room was super clean, bed was very comfortable and we even had a smart tv to enjoy Netflix! Location is awesome, 5mins walk to the beach and many nice restaurants around! The host was also always there to help! Highly recommended!!

Also has a nice little balcony with a nice view. I definitely will come back

Cozy room, small little garden outside, everything was clean and proper for our stay. The owner was very helpful and kind. Everything was perfect. The sizeof the room was enough for 2 adults without kids. 10 minutes away from the Metro station. Only 2 stops until Amsterdam Central.

The room is beyond expectation! Very clean and the bed is comfortable. I can't get enough with the canal view! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy the canal view in Amsterdam.
