We arrived late at night and host waited for us and showed us the room. He also send us really helpful advice and information about local restaurants and places to visit. the room was really clean and comfortable. To sum up, perfect!

The rooms are big, airy and comfortable. There is a small walled garden with pet tortoises, very unusual, plus a selection of cats that ignore you, mostly. The owner also has a really sweet, friendly Jack Russell (very well trained). The breakfast was great, we were given a choice of sweet or savoury and chose the latter. Breakfast was eggs, a platter with sausage and cheese, fresh baked rolls and fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee is from a bean-to-cup machine. Everywhere is spotless and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place within walking distance of some very good and very reasonable restaurants.

Sunset 221 Cagliari terletak di Cagliari, 38 km dari Nora Archaeological Site dan 19 menit jalan kaki dari Molentargius - Saline Natural Park. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The city center and also the beaches are easily reachable with buses that stop in front of the house. The staff was really kind and helpful, provided also extra requests. There are also some nice places for breakfast, café and dinner in the neighbourhood.

The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

Barbara was a delight, helped us to bus station for. beach and bought our tickets.The little stand where bus left was incredible with the food.The lady who served the food was very helpful.Location was great. Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.

The room is spacious, modern, silent, very clean and comfortable. Around the building is very easy parking the car.The best that you can find.

Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach
