It's super cozy, clean and bright. Location is more than perfect just across the lake and the ferry stop and 5 mins from city center as well. The stuff is extremely kind and welcoming. The room, location, staff, services - and the view! - were all exceptional. I only wish we had been able to stay longer. In addition, I accidentally left some things behind and they were promptly sent on to my next stop. I couldn't possibly rate this property more highly and I thank Casa Rampolina's staff for going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm looking forward to returning for a longer stay on my next trip.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice, they gave me indications for hiking and were always there whenever I had any query or issue. I actually enjoyed having a single bed room as I was travelling on my own. the room was nice and cosy. The breakfast had both home made cake but also local cheese and cold meet. Everything was perfect and I am already planning to come back.

We couldn't find it at first, but we managed.. we were very tired as it was very late and drove past it. Called the number and the owner was helpfull. It was lovely!! We booked the familysuite (3 children) for one night as we were driving south. It was 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The place is spotless and comfortable. Beds are great, enough space and amazing vibe. Own terras with also outside access to both rooms. Owners are super friendly and helpfull, he even came to say goodbye as he was leaving a bit earlier than us, his wife (I guess his wife) is lovely and their vibe gives you the real italian feeling. Breakfast was great! Eggs, ham, cheese, jam, coffee, thee etc. with fresh baked bread and a fresh baked croissant, even for the kids a chocolate version. Would have loved to stay a bit longer to explore the area (near lago Maggiore) but we needed to go.. Would definitely come here again!! Thank you both! Also for accepting the last minute booking and the late arival.

Set in an 18th-century building, Locanda la Casetta offers rustic-style rooms, a restaurant and snack bar. The property is located in the countryside 4 km from Lake Maggiore. Very sweet and cozy place at a beautiful small village close to Lago Maggiore! The staff is super friendly, the room has a lot of space and everything you need. Excellent restaurant with super sweet staff right next to the hotel. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure!
