Wow, what a beautiful little place. The accommodation is right in the heart of town, close to restaurants and pubs, and the drive in and out was superb.
The room was more than satisfactory, with a lovely shower.
Breakfast was amazing, with the salmon and scrambled eggs being the winner, but the Ful Irish Breakfast was enjoyed by my other significant half.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Honestly I was so impressed by this place. Well proportioned and beautifully styled rooms, lovely common spaces, and ridiculously comfortable beds. Did not expect to have a stay as half as good as this while driving down the West coast, nevermind for as reasonable a price as it was. Room had extra pillows/towels already stocked if they were needed, and a Nespresso machine and well stocked box of teas/coffees. Clifden itself was a highlight of our road trip and the hotel is very well positioned to explore the town.
