The rooms gave out a unique atmosphere of coziness. We liked the unique way the beds were turning from sofas to beds, but we would also love it if they were a little wider. The room was spacious enough, and so was the internal private bathroom. The owners seemed friendly and caring.

On the edge of Loch Lomond and a 30-minute drive from Glasgow and its airport, this 4-star guest house has hearty Scottish breakfasts and free Wi-Fi. Comfortable, welcoming, relaxed, lovely all round. Great breakfast, best B&B in Balloch, hands down.

The hosts were very welcoming and pleasant. Nothing as too much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding. Parking was available nearby at no cost which was very convenient.

Located in Balloch, 2.7 km from Balloch Castle Country Park, Anchorage Guest House - Also 1 room available with Hot Tub provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The breakfast was great. Location near restaurants & some shops, and we had great parking in a walled off area beside the house. Megan, the hostess was absolutely great! Personable, helpful and so pleasant .
