The property is wonderfully modern, with smart decor, without feeling out of place in St Ives. Our room was clean and came with all amenities and appliances we may need for our stay over the weekend. It may look like quite the distance, but with the shortcut beside, it only took 10 minutes for a nice walk to the beachfront. Both Dan and Lorena were very friendly, welcoming and eager to answer any queries or questions we might of had.

The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, nice and clean and had all that we needed.

The beds were really comfortable so we had a great night's sleep. Caroline and Trevor were really welcoming and friendly and we really appreciated the cream tea!
