Beatuiful and peaceful place. We could forgot about all world... House was clean and cozy, nothing was missing. Hosts very nice.

Room was bigger than some `apartments` we`ve stayed in. Great for people looking for somewhere which isn`t urbanised. Etterem seemed to be popular for morning coffee and breakfast with people sightseeing e.g. cyclists etc. Staff/Hosts were excellent.

Interesting lodging, located in the woods at the end of a dead end road about a 3 minute drive from town center. It's situated on a large property. The person you deal with speaks only Hungarian but she is very helpful. Very quiet except for the periodic barking of two guard dogs that live at the other end of the property. Very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are simple but comfortable. The price, 29€ for 1 person in early May is reasonable but not a spectacular bargain. I spent the evening in the dining room on my computer without problem. There is no comfortable guest lounge. If you speak German, the friendly German owner (who lives in an adjacent building) will talk your ear off about how terrible Germany has become and how Hungary and Viktor Orban are so much better. He speaks only German, though. Watching owner and manager communicate smoothly with no common language is entertaining. The lodge would be very suitable for groups, for whom I believe food is available. The surrounding national park, abutting the tri-corner border of Slovenia and Austria was quite interesting to me.

Wonderful house - Marc and Katya are very nice and easy - Buda the child is very polite - the pig "Bacon" is playing in the garden with the cats - they are pet friendly - our small dog is running in the garden with the other animals - the house is beautiful - thank you so much
