Excellent gem of a place situated in heart of Richmond - close to station, park, river and restaurants. Quiet hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Excellent double room - clean, spacious and brilliant shower. Will definately come again.

Excellent location - 15 min walk from Richmond station. Amazon fresh supermarket next to station Safe residential neighborhood - we walked home at arnd midnight post a concert. Fully equipped -stocked kitchen Warm, clean and comfortable We will definitely return to this great place 🙂

Everything was perfect, the bedroom and bathroom were absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location was ideal, quiet and secluded, yet really close to lovely places to eat and Richmond tube station. Being able to park and get into Kew Gardens for free were the absolute icing on the cake. Maria the host was amazing, so friendly and helpful and very patient when I asked a million and one questions before arrival, we didn't want to leave!

The accommodation was perfect in every conceivable way. Nothing was missing. Jennifer, the host, was brilliant! She took very good care of everything and was always very helpful. She created a very pleasant atmosphere that made one feel at home. It is also a perfect place for anyone who wants to visit the National Archives. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Easy to find. Check-in went smoothly, It was very comfy and clean. Amazing location outside of London. One train and you're in the heart. The host was lovely.

La ubicació. Está a un paso del estadio de rugby. Una maravilla. La habitación justa de tamaño pero muy limpia. El desayuno se paga aparte pero si te gusta el english breakfast merece la pena. Es personal es muy amable e intentó que estuviéramos cómodos en todo momento.

The apartment owner is very respectful and helpful. Communication was good with the owner, providing us with towels and ironing board. Also give us the wifi password as it was fixed from where we accessed. We also left our bags after leaving the apartment and came back at night to get the bags.
