The conditions were excellent, as is can be seen from photos. A couple of advantages are: at ground floor is store for quick grocery, you can walk trough the neighborhood and is closely to the substation ( 10 minutes of walking ). Beside that, the host was very kind to me, even when I locked my self out : he instantly responded to the messages and help me out, even if it was around midnight.
