Stone House Modica is situated in Modica and has a pool with a view and pool views. There is a private entrance at the holiday park for the convenience of those who stay. The hospitality was super good. We where wecomed by Mariangela and also helped us to decide where to go and also where to eat. And what about the breakfast prepared with different menu everyday. A recently renovated holiday park in Santa Maria Del Focallo, Residenza estiva al Borgo Rio Favara offers sun terrace, private parking and sports facilities. This apartment was an excellent stay for my dad who was visiting family nearby. Directly across the street from the beach and lido and a quick drive to Pozzallo and Ispica along with other places to visit nearby. Ambrogio was an excellent host, friendly and responsive! Thank you for the hospitality.

Atmosphere is great, whole camp feels like family. It is located on Black sand bay which is wonderful by itself, a shallow warm water, prefect view on Vulcan. Absolut recomandation

Set on its own private beach, Villaggio Turistico Europeo is 10 km from Catania. It offers a Sicilian restaurant, an outdoor pool and classically furnished bungalows. Private beach right outside of my door

La Plaja offers a disco, and air-conditioned bungalows with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. Its private beach features ethnic-style decor and a rustic bar with woven palm leaves. We read the reviews and found the negative comments to be way off the mark. The parking is not "sketchy". It's behind a closed gate. The area is not "shady", it was very comfortable. The noise from the airport...well, if you need to be close to the airport, you're gonna hear planes!!! Duh! Yes it is directly under the flight path. Yes it is noisy. So bring a sound machine or put on an app on your phone to drown it out. It is also steps from the sandy beach. We almost booked a different hotel because of these comments and I'm so glad that we didn't and stayed here instead. That being said, The staff was super friendly and helpful. There were two gentleman at the entrance that helped us find the right place to check in and park. They had a great sense of humor that made our day. The hotel staff was so very nice and accommodating. Spoke great English. He was from Sri Lanka and his name was Guna,Guva...Can't remember, but he was excellent and so friendly and helpful. He made a comment that after our stay we will have wished we stayed there for our vacation. He wasn't far off! The area was perfect! 7 Minutes to the Airport, which is why we needed to stay there. Our travel company had our stay in Taormina, but our flight out of Catania was at 6 am. We would have had to leave Taormina by 2:00-2:30 am to get to Catania to catch our flight. Not nice at all! So we decided to book this room.
