Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, a good pool with salt, not bleach, after which the skin remains in good condition. I also liked the atmosphere, the garden and the massage. I recommend everyone to visit this place!

My daughter and I we had a Problem ….. we fell in love not only with the beautiful property also with the staff. Amazing Service. every day on time . We booked tours and trips through the Owner Mr Punia and it was very authentic. The Villa with Pool was the most peaceful place I ever booked . Privacy, Rice fields, Jungle and you sit and enjoy the dinner outside your villa . Paradise pure . Thank you so much for everything you did for us . Amazing place

A secluded house close to Ubud centre without being affected by the hustle and bustle of the centre. Comfortable and fresh linings bed every day.

A 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops in central Ubud, Gunung Merta Bungalows provides an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Guests can learn Balinese cooking and dancing on site.

From the moment we arrived, it was like a tropical paradise. Staying in the family compound you really felt like you were a friend of the family. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was nice and they even cooked extra for me as I am a big meat eater. The conversations we had with staff were lovely and they let us feed the Koi fish. As it's a small place with only 8 rooms, you really felt like you had the place to yourself. The views were lovely from the balcony with the sun rising over the jungle right there. The location is filled with locals and about a 10 minute walk to busier arear. The foot paths down the road the hotel are on are a real let down with all the covers being removed, it's very dangerous, but that's being fixed and not the hotels fault at all. Thanks for having us, we will stay here again.
