The owner and the staff were very kind, the house was clear, the breakfast was more than enough for 4 adults. The main attractions are close to the ranch and there are many eating opportunities too. We stayed for few nights at the smaller house, which is comfortable, warm and compact - all you need for a relaxing getaway. The location is great, as it provides privacy and breathtaking views over neighbouring mountains. With that said, there are plenty of hiking trails around, and we were ending our days in sauna, a great addition to the winter vibe. Host are friendly and always at disposal, so the check-in and check-out were smooth as it gets. Thank you, we will come back :)

The landlor let us use the picnic area with all grill and speaker accessories. There was also a gym and voleyball area free to use. Furthermore, the lake Bled was close to this location. I fully recomend it!

Set in a 16th century castle surrounded by a lake and forest, Guest House Grad Strmol offers classic-style accommodation with free Wi-Fi. It also provides an on-site bar and 5 bikes free of charge. The property is a well maintained working manor house. It’s beautiful and comfortable. The staff were excellent; friendly, helpful and welcoming!!! They allow you to tour the rest of the house and it’s well worth having a staff member go with you to tell you the house history. Also, we’re not usually breakfast eaters but the experience of being served breakfast in the entertainment room was amazing. I highly recommend staying here!

We really appreciated the list of recommendations in the guide provided. The bed was very comfortable. There was nothing about this stay that could have been improved.
