The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

Villa Boat - foran havet ligger i Stintino, tæt på L'Ancora-stranden og 15 minutters gang fra Spiaggia Rocca Ruja. Der er balkon med udsigt til haven, pool med udsigt og have. A picturesque, lovely, cosy place with a great view (bay, salt lakes, beach, Torre). A perfectly equipped house (citchen, washing machine...) in a private garden with sitting area and sunbeds. The friendly host has taken into account every need we could have. We didn't miss anything and were completely satisfied with our choice.

Better than expected. There are salt, sugar, oil, washing powder...and everything for comfortable life. Grazie mille!

The Quatro Apartment is nothing less than exceptional. A very well-balanced mix of old Cagliari and modern houses. Position - in Villanova area, very close to Castello, very close to San Benedetto market (don't forget to visit!!), close to the old town - meaning all mentioned areas are about a 5 to 15 min walk. Don't be afraid about the fact the apartment is in a pedestrian area. A very convenient indoor parking is a 5 min walk. Price for parking there - 9 eur per 24 hours. Cannot find anything more convenient. The host is a very friendly and warm person - thank you again for all, Rafaella!! The bedroom and the bed - really good and comfy!! The cleaning of the house - flawless!

Very spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable for 3-4 people. Very well equipped with independent air conditioning for each room. Perfect if you don't have a a car because there are lots of buses in all directions. You also have access to a very nice garden with two sets of tables, chairs and a small playground for children. Friendly and helpful host.
