Everything was perfect, very modern cottage! And private hot tub was the best after long days of driving. Totally recommend this place for accommodation 12/10.

Kuća je jako velika, sve je kako je na slikama. Do kuće se dolazi vožnjom od 7km po ne asfaltiranoj cesti pa imajte to na umu. Sobe su velike, nas je bilo 4 i svaka je imala svoju sobu. Kreveti su bili udobni. Pokraj kreveta nema utičnica. Kuhinja je prostrana i ima dovoljno posuđa, samo računajte da nema začina. Dočeli su nas 4 kapsule za kavu, točno koliko nas je bilo. Kupaonica je jako velika, postoji i dodatni wc. Sapun je dostupan, kao i gel za tuširanje. Ako budete imali sreće vidjet ćete i konje u prirodnom okruženju.

Stóra-Vatnshorn is located 500 metres from the historic Eiríksstadir site and 17 km from Búdardalur village. Our best accomodation in Iceland! Full kitchen, calmness around, in the middle of the nature, BBQ on the property, parking in front of the house. The road is a bit bumpy for 7 km, nothing serious even a normal car can do it.

The view around the property was very good. Host was very responsive. We had issue with WiFi and internet connectivity. Host came over to fix it. Cottage was clean and comfortable.

Erpsstadir Cottage provides self-service accommodation on a working dairy farm. It offers views over Hvammsfjördur and a large terrace with an outdoor hot tub. We were a family of 5 and came for one night The cottage is very spacious in an amazing location, the owner of the place received us very nicely and answered all our questions, overall highly recommended.
