First of all, I can recommend 100% Ca del Paradiso. It has been a fantastical 4 days break in Venice and this is from far my best experience with a holiday house or flat booked on booking.com. It is a typical old townhouse, perfectly situated (5 minutes walk to Saint Mark's Square). It is very comfortable and has been renovated with lot of taste. The house is extremely well equipped and in term of cleanliness, it was just immaculate. It has 4 floors (big entrance hall on street level, first floor with kitchen, bathroom and living room, second floor with 3 bedrooms and bathroom, last floor with an other small living room under the roof, and finally an incredible terrace on the roof with a 360° view on the city). Our host, Matteo, is a very generous and adorable man. He is dedicated to his guests and will answer any questions you might have on the city. I was there with my 2 children (17 and 18 y.-old) and my husband, we really had a great time in this house. Thank you Matteo for having made from our stay in Venice an unforgettable memory!

It has 2 bedrooms, a living room I and 3 bathrooms so also other combinations of guests possible. Location is perfect - walking distance to the major tourist attractions - while being on a tiny, very calm street. 2 stops of the public boat transport (Vaporetto) in 1-3 minutes walk. The apartment has a nice and well equipped kitchen - that’s very good because nowadays many restaurants in Venice are overpriced and not even average taste. It’s clean and well maintained, while at the same time has some elements that provide an old Venice atmosphere. The owner provides all relevant information and was available for questions on what’s app.
