Very helpful and accommodating (especially as we booked last minute). The rooms were great - the heated blankets were especially nice during the winter months! Expectations were exceeded.

Comfortable room and bed. Lovely little touches. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was fab in the heat.
